'No service offered at all. People are not friendly, pool is ugly. Had to debate at hotel lobby to get our room cleaned. In standard they only do it after your trip. Disappointed experience '

'Property was under construction. No bar and very limited on the breakfast options. I understand it will be a lot different when completed, but I was not aware of the conditions and would have probably stayed at another location. We had a big group in town for a meeting and the bar/breakfast area was needed to support our working meetings.'

'Not the Mariott experience you would expect and worst F&B program'

'We stay here a lot because our sons live in the San Marco area. It’s location is very convenient for us and we are always pleased with our stay. The staff is so nice, rooms spacious, and a good breakfast.'

We ultimately decided, that even though the money was not refundable, that we could not stay there and went somewhere else.'

'Prijs kwaliteitsverhouding is misschien wel correct maar het oogt sober en gedateerd. Weinig spontaniteit bij de receptie en ver buiten de stad. '

Although our stay was short, I could easily see how this would be an ideal place for an extended stay. It truly has all the comforts of home! The staff...
