'The house is HUGE! The owners out a lot of love an attention to this property. They were super accommodating. Derrick is very pleasant and attentive. 'This home is quite nice and suitable for a larger family or group. The list accurately reflects the property though I wouldn't count on the alley parking since the alley is overgrown. As far as the home is concerned, it is well-appointed and in a relatively quiet location in Virginia Park. The area isn't a great neighborhood but it isn't terrible either- just need to be aware and alert.The host is fantastic with communication and very responsive.'

'For starters, great communication by Evan! We don’t travel often and were a bit nervous but she put all our worries to rest. Responsive messaging and living across the street was a great start; and we even got indoor slippers that we got to keep! An older restored home with character including heated bathroom flooor and towel rack. Lots of amenities including towels, beddings and kitchen with many day to day appliances and silverware. 'THE STAY WAS NICE. THE HOST RESPONDED IN A TIMELY MANNER FOR ALL OF MY CONCERNS. THE MANAGER EVEN STOPPED BY TO CHECK ON US. THE NEIGHBORHOOD WAS ALITTLE DISAPPOINTING, AS THEY ARE FIXING UP ALOT OF HOMES. IT WAS A QUIET STREET. THE HOUSE WAS NICE AND BIG ENOUGH FOR 6 GIRLS. NOT FAR FROM DOWNTOWN DETROIT WHERE WE WERE VISITING.'

'This home was the perfect place to stay for our group of friends to explore Detroit: well equipped with amenities, ample parking, walking distance to the Motown museum, and 10 minute drive to anywhere downtown. Host is communicative and offered clear check in & check out instructions. We had no issues at all during our weekend. We loved visiting Detroit again, thank you for hosting us! '
