'This apartment is NOT like the photos.The plaster was coming off the walls in chunks. The shower had VERY LOW PRESSURE and it went from scalding hot to cold.The kitchen tap was very loose. The apartment was dirty. The furniture was dirty and in bad condition.The curtains could not be opened because the windows looked directly into the hall. The owner did not leave enough linens for our 16 night stay. There were no instructions of how to dispose of the garbage. The neighbour had a loud party....

'Booking was flawless. But check in was confusing. Their automated check in email was not sent to us correctly 24 hours prior. The instructions also were a bit confusing as well. But luckily their customer service helped us figure it out. The place itself was great. Clean new and easy to get everywhere. '

'Our host was super helpful, in constant communication. Provided great ideas for places to visit. The place itself was super comfortable and pretty easy to navigate buses. Just 45 mins from city center so took a really long time each way back and forth. There are some decent restaurants around the area but not much else besides a little park. Really loved that she let us keep our bags there after check out!'
