'Nice, clean and tidy accommodation 1.5 km from the center. Apartment is complete including kitchen and washing machine. Supermarket is within walking distance. Metro station about 5 minutes walk. Communication via email and Whats-app is good. Definitely recommended and would love to return to the Madrid location and will definitely try another Bob W. location'

'The place is nice and at arrival they were nice and helpful. At departure, today 28 August very unprofessional. One of us alone with 3 pieces of lugagge, asked for a taxi and the guy at reception told to look for it youtself. He even was not nice enough to indicate that closeby there was a taxi stop full of them. Terrible! Will not come back to this place!'

'Vriendelijk personeel dat goed Engels spreekt. Locatie is perfect op loopafstand van alles. Je schijnt wel met een milieuzone te zitten bij binnenkomst Madrid maar personeel regelt dit. Parkeergarage is zeer klein onder het complex maar ze helpen je eventueel aan een plek verderop in een parkeergarage met korting. Hotel ziet er gelikt uit bij binnenkomst alleen de kamer zelf vind ik niet praktisch en te klein. Veel Illuminati kunst aan de muren erg donker en duister. De keuken is te klein om ook...

'The location was perfect, a small walk away from the busy shopping streets and plaza mayor. But still in a lively local neighborhood with lots of tapas bars, dinings, supermarkets, restaurants etc. Great! Also the studio was perfect for a stay for 5 days. Spacious and light and with everything one needs! Highly recommended!'

'Uitstekend hotel. Mooie, ruime kamer. Was niet duidelijk dat er geen receptie was. In 1 week gratis 1x schoongemaakt en nieuwe handdoeken. Meer wel mogelijk, maar kost geld. En een tip: vervang de handgrepen op de kasten en apparaten opdat je die makkelijker kunt openen.'

'The location of the apartament is not for families. Awfull smell outside the apartment. The towels they had in the apartment were small towels. The air conditioning didn't work as expected. We need to open all trhe windows of the apartment, so we could had fresh air. All the night we heard noise that indicated that the streets were being cleaned.'
