'The property was well kept and clean, the checking in process however could not have been more confusing, stressful, and unprofessional. We were asked to contact the host 20mins before arrival(we did) and we sent an additional reminder to be helpful and respect her time, yet it was clear she didn’t respect ours. 'We absolutely loved our stay in this wonderful apartment! Angel gave us a very warm welcome and great tips about where to go and eat in a very proactive and friendly way. The apartment is beautiful and the location is superb; we could walk to everything we wanted to see and do. Angel really cares about the apartment and his guests and make them feel welcome in Madrid. 'This is a great property if you are spending more than 3 days in Madrid. Yes it is a few km out and you have to get a train (costs just over £1) but it’s easy and trains every 10 mins. For us the outdoor area is what we were looking for and you don’t get that in the centre. This was handy at the height of summer and we could sit out in the morning, go out about 12 and spend until 10 exploring, then come back and sit out and have a drink.
