'We arrived late at night and could not get into the apartment. At night in a strange city this was awful, we were tired and upset. We got access the next day. Apparently the door code changes at midnight, what an unprofessional set up. Of course we made a complaint and received some compensation but I would rather not have had the hassle.'

'This is a lovely, very spacious apartment, and located within walking distance of so mamy great spots in Berlin. An Aldi grocery store is about 1&1/2 blocks away, there are many great restaurants of various price ranges. The kitchen is well equipped. The apartment was spotlessly clean.My only complaint is that the 5% city tax is not listed on the VRBO website, so we were surprised to have to make an additional payment in cash on the day of arrival.I would definitely stay here again and...
