'We hebben een heerlijke week in Madrid gehad. Het appartement was een fijne uitvalsbasis om naast te overnachten ook te ontspannen en eten. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Host was goed bereikbaar en problemen met de boiler zijn dezelfde dag opgelost. Enige minpuntje was het weinige daglicht. Maar daarentegen waren de nachten zonder overlast van straatgeluid. '

Communication with Experia was a complete disaster and impossible. Person I spoke to either didn't understand written English or was deliberately obstructive and not of any help. When pointing out that I was having trouble finding the entry point all they said was they can cancel but I would not get any refund. Kept insisting that I didn't want...

'My apartment was a converted loft area. If you are tall you hit your head on the ceiling. It is a well equipped apartment and clean. Good Metro connections lines 1/2 on the door step. Overall good value for money for short stays'
