'The room was clean, but the pool area was unkempt the pictures advertised were misleading, the hotel is pretty far from downtown and they don't have enough stores and restaurants around the hotel so coming back and forth from downtown to the hotel can be expensive, the taxis are pretty beat up and some of them don't have air conditioner still you have to pay a higher fare to get to places,the food is not great,on the complementary breakfast they serve the very minimum ,we ask the concierge to...

'Beautiful, eclectic, artsy and amazing hotel! We had a wonderful three day stay and enjoyed every moment. The staff was thoughtful, lots of extra treats delivered daily and the beach club was super fun and comfortable. We would stay again in a heartbeat!'
