Tucked on the third floor of Casa Sauz, this apartment is built for guests who want a quiet, self-contained base for two. Air conditioning and a TV keep the living area comfortable, while the fully equipped kitchen — stove, oven, microwave, blender, and all the cookware you need — makes it easy to cook rather than eat out every night. The en-suite bedroom is dressed with a queen bed, fresh linens and a mosquito net, with extra clothing storage tucked to one side. Step outside onto your private balcony for garden views, or head up to the building's shared rooftop terrace, where a trampoline adds a playful touch. Free gated parking is available on the property, with room to comfortably host up to 2 guests.

You'll have full access to the entire apartment, as well as the property's shared amenities and common areas.



The rooftop terrace and trampoline are shared with the building's other unit, along with a common-area washer. Check-in is self-service, with a unique door code generated for your reservation, and free gated parking is available on-site for up to 4 vehicles.



The Neighborhood:

Casa Sauz sits in Mezcales, a town within the Bahía de Banderas municipality in Nayarit, just inland from the Puerto Vallarta metropolitan area and close to Nuevo Nayarit. It's a well-placed base on the Riviera Nayarit, within easy driving distance of the region's beaches and the airport — ideal for a quiet couples' getaway without paying resort-strip prices.



Getting Around:

A car is the most convenient way to get around, though Uber and local taxis are readily available if you'd rather not drive. Playa Nuevo Vallarta is about a 15-minute drive away, and Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR) is roughly 22 minutes by car. Most errands, restaurants and the coast are all within easy driving distance.

Arrival & Departure

- Check-in begins at 3:00 PM local time.

- Checkout is at 11:00 AM local time.

- To ensure a smooth arrival for incoming guests, please honor the checkout time.

- Unauthorized late checkouts will incur an additional fee.

- The reservation must be booked by a legal adult; children are welcome to stay as part of the group.
