'Very clean and spacious but there should be some mention about the amount of stairs you need to take to get down to the Hacienda. There are about 12-13 flights of stairs that you have to climb. It was tough for little kids and impossible for elderly. Aside from that, nice views, clean pool and friendly staff. '

Julio was a wonderful property manager, meeting us to check us in and out and he offered to help out with anything else we might need. The fruit bowl was a lovely welcome for us, and the place was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!'

'The anemities are good but not amazing. Kitchen is well stocked but has worn out cookware. Cleaners were there everyday but not thorough with floors especially. A Cockroach was seen multiple times in the back of kitchen drawers. Maintenance issues like slow draining showers and leaking tubs were noted to management but not fixed. 'I stayed at Villa Azul for my bachelorette and had the absolute best time. We all couldn't believe how beautiful and incredible the villa was and we were all blown out of the water with the location, views, chefs, maids, and just everything in general.
