The Carillon offers residents and guests a refined, wellness-focused lifestyle in the heart of Miami Beach. With direct beach access across 750 linear feet of pristine shoreline, the property blends resort living with a holistic approach to health and relaxation. Residents enjoy four oceanfront pools with private cabanas, expansive sun terraces, and access to a beachfront walking, jogging, and cycling path.
The experience is elevated by a full health and healing center, a world-class wellness spa, beauty salon, and a state-of-the-art fitness center offering specialized programs and classes. Additional amenities include a signature restaurant, café, boutique, private event space, 24-hour attended lobbies, personalized concierge services, and valet parking.
THE SPACE:
• 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchenette, living room.
• 1 King, 2 Queen Beds, 1 Sofa bed-Full (perfect for 1 adult or 2 children).
• Spacious 1,609 ft² (149 m²) of living space.
• Oceanfront with Eastern exposure
• Bathrooms are fully stocked with premium hotel room amenities and toiletries.
• Entertainment amenities include Smart TVs, cable television, and free high-speed wireless Internet.
GUEST ACCESS:
• Every reservation made within 10 days prior to check-in, will NOT benefit from the resort amenities. Guests have the option of buying a day pass from the hotel for person. Prices are typically $179 on weekdays, and $199 on weekends but are subject to the hotel’s discretion.
The following amenities are paid and optional at a rate of $87.85 per person per day plus $60 per day administrative fee. A registration form needs to be filled out and returned 10 days prior to arrival. This is charged directly by the hotel to the card provided in the form.

While the initial impression may suggest an increased expenditure for your stay, the actuality is a prudent financial decision. Our nightly rate stands notably lower than that of the hotel, ensuring tangible savings. GUEST SERVICES:
Our private concierge will be on-premise to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.
GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance to shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.
OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• You will receive two keys at check-in. A fee of $50 + Tax per key will be charged for any keys not returned at check-out.
• Valet parking is available at $20 for the day and $40 per night.
• Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $250 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
• Bookings over 6 days will require one mid-week clean of $225 plus tax, every 6 days to maintain the quality of the unit. Additional funds will be requested after the booking has been made.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel operator.
• We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information.
• Payments and Refunds: All credit card payments are subject to standard processing fees. Eligible refunds are subject to a 3% processing fee.
• Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.
