Access & Check-In

- Your accommodation uses a digital key system for convenient access. Download the app using the link in your booking confirmation message, then activate your key with the provided reference number. Please ensure you complete this setup before arrival. One key per device.

- While a hotel operates in the same building, private residences are located on separate floors. Some amenities are shared with hotel guests.

- Valet parking is not available on-site.

- Bathroom basics: toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion

- Household items: trash bags and cooking oil

- Laundry: two detergent pods per stay

- Fresh bed linens and one towel set per guest

- Pack 'n Play Cribs: Available for an extra fee, subject to availability

House Rules

- Occupancy: Only registered guests allowed, no additional visitors

- Noise: Quiet hours begin at 10 PM

- Smoking: Strictly prohibited anywhere on premises (tobacco, cannabis, or recreational drugs). Violations result in a $300 penalty plus a $70 cleaning fee

- Events: No parties, events, or illegal activities permitted

- $100 deep cleaning fee applies if the property is left in poor condition

- You are responsible for any damages incurred during your stay



Pet Policy

- Pets might be allowed with prior authorization and an additional fee. Please contact us to check if it is possible.

-Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are accepted, subject to a $100 Pet Fee.

- Service dogs, as per the policy and procedure outlines, are welcome..

- Any guest coming to the building with any type of animal must advise the host prior to the check-in date/time, as animals may be subject to registration with condo management.
