This is a great 3 bed house with 2 bathrooms. (One on suite). In the very heart of the Design District.

The retail center of the Design District is just a 5 minute walk, it consists of designer stores and amazing restaurants, or its great just to take in the vibes.

A short walk from the Design District will lead to Midtown (5 minutes on from the design district) where you will find national box stores and even more restaurants. If you are feeling adventurous! Wynwood is a further 15 minute walk!

The house is situated is a very quiet tree lined Street. It’s hard to believe you are in the very center of the City yet within walking distance of so many great places,

The house itself is one of the first houses built in Miami, the official name for the area is Buena Vista East. It’s where the most successful industrialist of Miami lived and the neighborhood maintains the same character.

Entering the house you find the Florida room surrounded by windows and great natural light. This room consists of a dining table with 6 seats and a recliner sofa on the opposite side. Perfect for relaxation and tranquility.

The main living room consists of 2 leather sofas of the highest quality. A new 65 inch Hisense Roku tv. This room has open plan kitchen concept with the highest quality new appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.

We allow up to 2 dogs and we accept cats that have been declawed. Please let us know before booking if you are bringing pets.

We want our guests to enjoy the space but we do not allow parties under any circumstances. This is a quiet neighborhood and respect to our neighbors is paramount.

There is a guest house at the rear of the property which are completely separate buildings. These guests will be sharing the rear yard and have the option of using the hot tub. They may also have pets.
