This place was absolutely unsanitary and un safe, the shower has mold and the shower head is being held together by a grocery store plastic bag with no hot water. Had to use shoes in shower . After using towels, another persons hair was ALL over my body. Sand in the sheets which means they just made the bed, not changed sheets. Not even the tv worked. The windows dont lock and have no screen so literally anyone can walk up to my window and just climb in!!!! Only good thing about this dump was the Minute walk to the beach. Also they advertised this place to have a living room and separate bedroom, which is not the case . My closet is bigger than this entire room

You have reserved the economy studio that it doesn't come with the living room and the bedroom. Definitely doesn't look like anything in the pictures. Expected a lot more. The entire building smells like cigarette. Windows are dirty. And the room had a funky smell.

La cercanía a la playa y la conveniencia del sector. Sin embargo, el baño tenía un serio problema en la bañera, la cual había sido pintada reciente con una pintura que se iba descascarando con cada uso y esa capas de pintura se adherían a los pies y costaba retirarla sino se enjuagaban rápidamente. El callejón que está a un costado del edificio suele tener gente que hace mucho ruido de noche.

Our shower was literally so broken and we contacted them to fix it and no one reached back out to us. We contacted them multiple times and they just ignored our calls. We also had to ask for more towels because the shower was broken and the water was splashing everywhere and no one responded. Our bed was also broken which is honestly disgusting. It just seemed really filthy and the windows were so dirty I didn’t even want to touch the blinds. I know it’s cheap but I would of rather paid an extra hundred dollars and stayed somewhere nicer just to not experience this again. Do not waste your money, spend another hundred dollars it comes and goes trust me.

Cockroach and mold
When we arrived a smell of mold could be sensed straight away. Old couch hasn't been clean in over a decade. Once I woke up, a cockroach was waiting for me by the couch. Upon complaining I requested refund but it was denied. A new room was promised but it was not given instead a clean up was offered. Hotels.com offered a 5 euro voucher, which I think it is very disrespectful. After that I felt offended and booked a new room because no human deserve to leave in this place. I hope Hotels.com remove this place from their website.

Me gusto la ubicación . La ducha bien . NO ME GUSTO: Aire acondicionado roto pérdida de agua constante en el piso . No funcionaba el secador de pelo. La cama fue un horror , nos levantamos con mucho dolor de espalda. No tenía perchas Solo había un tenedor, una cuchara y dos cuchillos. No tenía vasos. Una sola silla. La puerta de la habitación no tenía pestillo en la cerradura. La cajonera no se podía abrir ya que hacia tope con la pared.

Disappointing
The hotel location is pretty good. North Beach is not so crowded as the South Beach, which worked for us. But the Hotel is disappointing. There was a moldy smell in the air, the room and bathroom is really small and the be is not at all comfy. There was hair in the bathroom sink too. Will not go back.

It was very clean except from the towels. Its an OK place, the area is terrible and the smell of the apartment was really bad (like moist). I wouldnt stay here again, only did it bc of a mix up in tfavel plans but if u r looking for 1-2 days stay is ok.

Overall I would say it’s a really good location for a beach vacation. It’s very convenient and have a lot of food place nearby and everything is within walking distance. However, the shower towel they provided has big black stain on one side and the bed sheet has some grey stains on it as well. So it doesn’t feel clean. There are pretty loud noises pass midnight on the weekends but maybe it is because we live right next to the entrance door. The room we got has water linking issues, and I had my computer set up on the desk under the TV, and half of the desk was wet. I dried everything and put them away. However, later I realized that’s my mouse broke since the water got in, so that’s a little disappointing. Overall I think the staying was okay.

The room was clean and the distance to stores and restaurants are good. walking two blocks away from the beach :-). The only negative is the parking space, you have to park in the street as long as you find one in the Free area (very small options), and there are paying parking the road of the hotel.

Great space if you’re here to roam the city and hit the beach. Gives you what you need for a good price. Bigger suites are very nice if you’re willing to splurge.

My stay
Room was a little dirty and also the bathroom. Didn’t like there was no where to keep your luggage after checkout. Need black out curtains as the blinds weren’t that good and light came straight in. Good thing is restaurants, supermarkets and the beach is so closed.

BEWARE! Don’t waste your time or money!
This was the most horrible travel experience I’ve ever had. We booked this place for a quick 4 day trip to Miami. They advertise check in between 3:30 and 11 p.m. and the booking says that if you show up outside of those hours, you will be sent an email with check in instructions. We showed up at 7:30 p.m. on the night we were supposed to check in. I hadn’t gotten any info from the rental company other than what was listed on the booking. There is no front desk at the property so I called the number on the door of the apartment complex and also the number listed on the booking. No one answered. I continued to call for a few minutes before hanging up and calling Hotels.com. They also couldn’t get through to anyone. After several more attempts at calling the property manager, our calls started to be sent to voicemail. After being unable to contact anyone at the property for more than 1.5 hours, Hotels.com helped us find another place to stay (we finally checked in to our new place at 9:30 or so) at 10:15, nearly 3 hours after we first arrived, I got an email from the property manager telling me I could check in anytime. We ended up being out several hundred dollars due to the price difference and several hours of time due to the incompetence of whoever runs this “rental property.” Do yourself a favor and don’t make the mistake we did. Stay as far away from this place as possible.

I sat on the bed and it caved in. The cheapest motels and hotels at least had a coffee pot, this place did not. Also an iron and ironing board would have been nice too. It was close to the ocean which was nice. I have blonde hair and there was black hair on the white towels.

Bed was aweful. Only 2 pillows for 2 people and pretty flat. Hips hurt from the bed so couldn't sleep. When I took a shower, after using the towel, I had long black hair all over me. I am blonde and my husband has short gray/black hair. Had issues getting in cause email with codes never came. It was hard to find parking.

The day of check in we send the email with the instructions, in fact you have asked that to the manager that was at the hotel, and she showed you that the email was was sent in the morning at 9.24am, maybe you haven't checked your email. Terrible room for a good location
This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Bedbugs and gnats flying around as soon as we opened the door. This is not a place that should be on hotels.com. First, the front door of the place has a lock on it that we weren’t given the code code to. Secondly as soon as you open the door to the room there is a horrible stench that permeates the air. It smelled like some industrial chemicals. Third there was no hot water unless you let the tap run for literally 10 minutes and that is no exaggeration. Fourth the bed is terrible. It’s sagging noticeably in the middle and you can feel the springs when you move around. Fifth there were bugs all over the place! The very first night I had bedbug bites all over my legs. We tried washing the sheets (spending our own money) and it didn’t help at all. We went 3 night getting eaten!! Fleas or flies were everywhere dead and alive. We couldn’t eat in the room bc we were afraid of bringing more bugs. Not to mention there was no room to even eat. There were so many reasons to not stay at this location but I’m running out of characters. In the end this was the worse place ever. It was more of a side of the road motel that you find in a horror movie. Please take this listing off immediately and fine the owners for false advertisement!!

Hi thank you for your review, in which i have to disagree. First, this hotel as you are aware has not a front desk and a code is provided to the Guest. You have received the code at 8.53 am the day of check in, and our message was read by you, and we can see that from the Hotel.com extranet, so please be honest on that. Second, we have a regular pest control with a monthly service, we do not have bed bugs or other bugs that you mention. If that was the case, in which i doubt, why you didn't contact us immediately? Also our security camera shows more than two guests going in and out of the room, are you aware that the maximum guests allowed are two? I wonder why you were asking extra towels and extra toiletries. This is a violation of our hotel policy. For the future i suggest you to write honest reviews, you don't get any free discount doing that. My very best Roberto, Manager

Excelente! A 2 cuadras de la playa con ingreso directo. Zona con muchos locales comerciales y gastronomicos cerca. Entre 2 avenidas donde pasan los transportes publicos (gratuitos y de pago). El precio y calidad del hospedaje son acordes. Tiene heladera, cadetera, Tv y Wi Fi Nos permitio hacer un late check out, sin problemas alguno.
