The hotel room did not offer anything. There was one chair and a lot of empty space where a comfortable chair could have been placed. No extra amenities at all and it is not updated for the high price

I love the world of hyatt hotels but this one clearly needs some freshening up. Customer service was great, but I was disappointed at my room age of decor.
