The Space:

The pristine sands of Key Biscayne and iconic Miami Beach beckon, always a short jaunt away, ensuring the beach's embrace is never too far.



MASTER BEDROOM: Retreat to a realm masterfully designed with a sumptuous queen-size bed, expansive closet offerings, and a Smart TV, orchestrating perfect nights and rejuvenating mornings.



SECOND BEDROOM: Experience solace in a space punctuated by a luxurious queen-size bed and generous wardrobe amenities, harmonizing rest and utility.



THIRD BEDROOM: Bask in the calming ambiance of a room, highlighted by a queen-size bed and substantial storage facilities, answering every desire for comfort and convenience.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Transition with grace, checking in post 4PM and concluding your journey pre 11AM. For bespoke check-in and departure timings, converse with us ahead of your stay; we aim to tailor moments to your rhythm.



PET POLICY: Your beloved pets are cherished guests here. To facilitate their stay, a fee of $150 per pet is levied. We encourage discussions around specific pet dimensions and weights to guarantee a seamless experience for all.



PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: You can order packages to be left at the door. This is a standalone property. There is no front desk or doorman. Package retrieval and lost packages are the guest's responsibility.



PROVISIONS: We extend a welcome with various essentials for your convenience, such as an ironing set, complimentary WiFi, and Smart TVs catering to your favorite streaming platforms like Netflix. On display are toiletries, linens, and towels to enhance your comfort. However, we humbly point out that washcloths or kitchen towels do not form part of our linen service.



GUEST SCREENING: You may be required to follow a check in procedure for security and fraud prevention purposes that will verify your identity, payment method and booking prior to receiving your check in instructions. Once you pass the screening process your booking will be confirmed.



WHAT TO EXPECT: Aspiring to cultivate a wonderful stay we have anticipated your needs, stocking fresh linens, towels, essential toiletries, fundamental cooking utensils, and pantry basics (like olive oil, salt, etc.). EXTRAS: We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We would like to clarify that these local, third-party services are facilitated by the managing host and bear no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.



SAFETY: We adhere to CDC cleaning and sanitation protocols, ensuring thorough disinfection. Surveillance cameras monitor the property's exterior for added security. Please note that the property has a groundskeeper that may access the pool for service, landscaping and other upkeep needs for exterior grounds.



OBSERVATIONS: We enforce a no-smoking policy on our premises, and we humbly request consideration for our neighbors by maintaining a low noise level post 10pm. Violation of house rules or noise complaints may result in a cancellation and no refund. Parties + Gatherings: due to local community rules and guidelines set by the owner, parties and gatherings with guests in excess of the maximum guest count are prohibited at this property.



CLIMATE AND BIODIVERSITY: Our property nestles within a region offering year-round tropical conditions. Do remember to apply sunscreen and stay hydrated amidst the occasional bouts of tropical warmth and humidity, as well as potential rainstorms. We celebrate the rich biodiversity here, inclusive of diverse flora, reptiles, bugs, and more. Despite our frequent inspections and monthly pest control, you might encounter these native "visitors". We assure you of our ongoing efforts to regulate and control their presence.

* Hours allowed for visits: 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. If you have a guest that needs to stay past 11PM please reach out to us so we can register them with the building.



* You will be given the check in instructions the morning of your arrival, and the check out instructions 24 hrs prior to your departure.
