This luxury property features, golf course, basketball hoop, one acre of private backyard.

The Space:
Gather with your friends and family in the welcoming, open-concept living room that offers a stunning view of the pool. Sink into the generous sectional couch, and take advantage of the 75” flat-screen smart TV to access your preferred streaming services. If you're in the mood for a movie night, feel free to whip up some popcorn for an unforgettable cinematic experience. Additionally, we provide a game room complete with a billiard table, ping pong table, a comfortable sofa bed, a 65-inch smart TV, and an arcade machine with six exciting games for your entertainment.

BEDROOMS

Bedroom 1 features a tempur-pedic king-size bed, a spacious closet, with private patio with gas fire pit and two swing chairs.

Bedroom 2 has a comfy queen-size bed and a ,closet to unpack your belongings, as well as a Smart TV.

Bedroom 3 is furnished with two queen-size beds, and has an ensuite bathroom and a Smart TV.

Bedroom 4 has a comfy queen-size bed and a Smart TV.

Bedroom 5 with a queen size bed, in suite bathroom and Smart TV.

Bedroom 6 located on second wing of the house with a 2 queen size bed and Smart TV.

Bedroom 7 with two comfy twin sized beds and a Smart TV.


If you have extra guests, the large foldable couch the in the game room, that can be used as an additional sleeping area. There are also two foldable single beds that can be set up to accommodate more people. Please let us know in advance if you need two extra single beds set up 24 hours before your reservation.

BATHROOMS

Each of the home's five (5) full bathrooms boasts luxurious showers, plush towels, and a complimentary starter supply of toiletries, including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.

Bathroom 1 is an ensuite bathroom and has large vanity, and a shower.

Bathroom 2 is located in one of the bedrooms.

Bathroom 3 sits off the main living area and features a spacious vanity.

Bathroom 4 is conveniently located near one of the other bedrooms.

Bathroom 5 is located outside by the pool area.

KITCHEN

The modern kitchen has been recently upgraded and is fully equipped with all the essentials you'll need to cook for a large group of family or friends. You'll find stainless steel appliances, gorgeous marble countertops, and all the cookware, utensils, and dinnerware you need to feel right at home. There is an indoor and outdoor dining table, both with seating for six, so you can choose between dining outside or indoors.

OUTDOOR SPACE

It's easy to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine during your stay thanks to the spacious outdoor areas. The private backyard boasts a sparkling pool, fun inflatable toys, sun loungers, and a large cooler to keep your beverages cold. There's also a cozy fire pit, a gas grill, gym, golf course, basketball hoop and beautiful lush garden along the perimeter. The backyard is fenced and lined with dense vegetation to give your group the utmost privacy throughout your stay.

The villa can sleep up to 18 people, assuming two per bed, but is ideal for 16 people.

To heat the pool and hot tub, there is a $300 fee per stay. Please note, pool heating must be requested 48 hours prior to your arrival.

To use the projector in the backyard, there is a $500 refundable deposit. The deposit will be returned if the projector is returned in the same condition it was received. Please note, the projector must be requested 48 hours prior to your arrival.

We welcome your furry friends at a fee of $250 per stay. Please message us requesting a pet fee when you book.

Pool Service:
The pool is skimmed prior to the guest's arrival and gets professionally serviced on Wednesdays.

Landscaping Services:
To ensure the garden, lawn, and surroundings are well-kept, the lawn maintenance is done on Thursdays.

Free parking is available in the driveway for up to 6 vehicles.

We also offer discounted rates for our guests on Exotic Car Rentals and Yacht Charters.

Please respect the neighbors and make sure there is no noise outside after 10:00 p.m. We want you to enjoy your stay but do not allow parties or events. There is also no smoking inside the house. There are fines up to $750 for violating house rules.

Guest Access:
The guests will have access to entire property.

Getting Around:
If you do not have a car we recommend Uber or Lyft. Most destinations are a $5-$15 ride (depending on demand).
