*Important: Please note that once you have booked, we require guests to complete a verification process that includes ID verification and security deposit. To make the process as seamless as possible, we'll provide you with a secure link where you can easily complete the verification steps. Rest assured, your privacy is important to us, and all information shared will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.



*In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $49 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay, and the waiver will cover damages up to $500.00 of accidental damages.

*The $49 waiver does not apply to same-day bookings, 1-night reservations, local guests, and reservations of more than 28 nights.

*Reservations from Bookxxg will be required to have the $500 refundable security deposit.



Other things to note



**Receiving mail or packages is prohibited, and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.



** We are pet-friendly, and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.



**Max occupancy at all times is 4. STRICTLY NO visitors allowed; all guests must be registered.



**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24



**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay.



** We have cameras on the exterior of the property for viewing or monitoring the front door, common spaces outside, and the driveway. All of them are recording 24/7. There is a noise detector in the outdoor area, and no recording takes place.



A few things to keep in mind in case you're not familiar with South Florida in the summer. It is hot and very humid, and it rains a lot. It is not uncommon to experience thunderstorms, tropical storms, and even hurricanes. In the summer we also see an increase in insects (ants and spiders), mosquitoes, lizards, and iguanas. One car max. Note: Receiving mail or packages is prohibited, and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property. Lastly, please please remember that you're staying in a private unit, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but we do not have anyone living on-site, and we will not provide service between 10 PM and 8 AM.
