This was overall a disappointing stay. Upon checking in, we found that the electric in two of the four bedrooms was completely out, including the room our children would be staying in. We also noticed that the water in the home was lukewarm at the most. We ended up having to reset the switch to the water heater in the electric panel to restore function to the water heater. The fountain pictured in the pool area was 80% broken. The pool was dirty, and the screens surrounding the pool area were torn and in poor condition. The chairs that were available on the pool deck were completely rusted, making sitting in them uncomfortable and unsafe. The kitchen had basic cooking utensils, but there was absolutely nothing available that would have made cooking at the home practical, like salt or cooking oil. Finally, it would appear the home is in the process of being listed for sale. On our first day there, a home inspector came to assess the property- this was previously discussed between the property manager and I and was approved. However, our second day there, a tree removal service came (unannounced) to remove a tree in the front yard at 8am, surprising us by asking which tree they were to remove, and ultimately disrupting our morning with their tools. On our third and final day, a roof repair man came (again unannounced) and proceeded to fix the roof (during a thunderstorm) and during our kid's nap time. I overall regret booking this stay.
