Have fun with the whole family and Friends at this stylish Luxury pool Home. Relax under the covered patio or cook all you want on the grill enjoying the view of a nice yard. Parking inside (2) and street. The home is centrally located near popular tourist destinations. Coconut Grove is about 5 min drive, calle ocho (8th street) is 5 min drive, Key Biscayne island (Beaches) is 10 min, Brickell and downtown is 10 min, South beach is about 20 min drive and the airport about 15 min drive.

- Please keep noise to a minimum as we have neighbors close by

- For security purposes our property has cameras located at the front and back door. It is there to keep our guest and property SAFE (we do not have any located inside the property)

- Check-in is at 4 pm. A key code will be sent to you within 24 hours prior to check-in

- Check out is at 11 A.M (late check out only if there is availability and must be requested 24 hours in advance)

-Unauthorized late checkout will incur a $250 fee due to the interruption of our cleaning schedule. Unauthorized checkout more than two hours late will be charged that day's base rate for this property (excluding any discounts), but does not extend the reservation. Any refunds that any affected future guests get because of your late checkout will be your responsibility to refund us.

-There is a charge of $50 dollars for every extra guest not reported on the reservation that stayed over night.

- No smoking in the house. Smoking is allowed on the back patio, and an ashtray is provided for butts. Do not dispose of butts in the bushes or grass

-No parties (NO PARTIES, GET TOGETHERS OR ANY KIND OF EVENTS ARE ALLOWED!!!)

- Please leave used towels in the bathroom. Remove the trash bag and recycling bin and bring them outside

- Report any damages immediately. Any damages that exceed the deposit must be paid for by guests and will be reported to Airbnb
