Brand new unit 2023, Apartment 903 at The Alexander (9th floor) is large beautiful modern apartment with gorgeous ocean views. Perfect for large groups or for bachelorette weekends! Master bedroom has three twin beds, 2 of which are joined and are a king (upon request can be separated as 2 twins) so that room sleeps 3 and has its own full bathroom with shower. The guest bedroom has same set up as master bedroom but bathroom is in adjacent hallway. Bedroom 3 has no window and has 2 twin beds which can be assembled as a king if required. Bedroom 4 off the living room has a queen size double bed. There are three bathrooms, one in master bedroom and two are in hallway opposite guest bedroom.


Presidential Suite - 4 bedroom 3 Bathroom Sleeps 4 couples or up to 11 guests. Standard rate includes up to 8 guests, each additional guest is $45 per night up to 10 guests.

Our brand new upper-level poolside cabana is available to rent 10am - 8pm, during your stay. Our modern cabana features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, flat screen TV, refrigerator, full bathroom with waterfall shower (perfect for hot shower right after the beach!), lounge chairs for sunbathing, and panoramic views of the ocean. IMPORTANT INFORMATION- Our property has recently completed a $35 million renovation of the interior and exterior of the building. Both upper and lower pools, Tiki bar, restaurant, and mezzanine pool deck are now open and in full operation.

In the rare event that an unexpected emergency maintenance issue occurs before or during your stay, a unit will be assigned that is of equal or greater value to the unit reserved. This is not a common occurrence and rarely if ever occurs. If the dates you selected are not available, we may have other alternative units available at the same beachfront property -- please inquire.
