Horrible front desk service. Key did not work, full of shopping bags and not even an apology that I had to return to take care of it. When checking out, Andy didnt even look at the room number and said the hold was already released in my credit card, and now, almost a week later, I am still waiting. At least provide the info as it is.

If you are planning to stay in Miami/Doral area, this is a must stay. Nice room, comfy bed and the staff goes out out their way to accommodate. Shopping and restaurants close. Quick shuttle to annd from airport....5 stars. We stayed 2 days before cruise and 2 days after in April 2024. If we come back we will stay again.

If I could give the staff a 6-star I would! After a long day of travel, there's nothing better than to be greeted by a helpful, welcoming staff. Our driver picked us up right from the airport (at no extra charge) and brought us to the hotel where we were welcomed by Romero. I was pleased to see how spacious our room was, and the bed was quite comfortable. We weren't staying long enough to make use of the kitchenette, but it appeared to have everything you'd need for an extended stay. When we headed out for dinner, we found that the area was safe and walkable with plenty of nearby dining options.

Suite studio bien équipé avec une kitchenette, un espace table et bureau, un grand lit et un fauteuil complète la chambre, literie très confortable, nombreux oreillers, salle de bain avec baignoire mais surtout ça sent et c’est propre, petit espace en bord de piscine. C’était une étape de 2 nuits avant de prendre l’avion un matin tôt donc pratique car à environ 20 minutes de l’aéroport. Une navette est disponible mais je ne l’ai pas utilisé.

My stay at Sonesta Simply Suites Miami Airport Doral was fantastic! If you are reading this review to make a decision for your hotel stay, you can definitely book this hotel without hesitation! The check-in and check-out is very smooth. Cards only no cash. You would need to deposit $100 security money while check-in which is refundable. The room is very big, nice and has all necessary arrangements for longer stays with a beautiful bathroom. They also got complimentary swimming pool, on site parking, laundry and gym. The environment of the hotel and surrounding is very beautiful, clean and calm. Thanks for making my vacation memorable.

Newly renovated rooms are great! The staff was amazing and I mean at all check points from shuttle to the reception - they truly make this place. I wish the shuttle to the airport would go more often but overall a great place to stay. We will definitely be back.
