Hi Morgan, we are so sorry to hear that you were not happy with your stay. In the future, if anything is not to your liking, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to make it right! I see that you didn't mention any problems to our site manager, so we were unable to correct whatever was wrong in the moment. I hope you will give us another try in the future, perhaps at our other location in Brickell, about a 20 minute drive from the Coconut Grove area. Thank you for your feedback!
