Ideaal als tussenstop : rustig gelegen met alle voorzieningen ( zwembad, fitness, ....) : het personeel was ook heel vriendelijk, het ontbijt à la carte, kamers zeker ok.
een kleine tip : rechtover het hotel is er een gratis metro voor de binnenstad , handig .

It was my first experience with kiosk check in and out. It was nice to have humans available to assist with issues. I would stay there again. Coffee makers in room are a standard item that most travelers rely upon. I didn’t like having to go downstairs for hot water or coffee. Overall a good experience. I would stay again for a short 1-2 night stay.

We got a charge to our credit card that was never explained, the front desk explained how we would get a hold on the card and they would returned back the money at check out, to come to find out there was $150 charge for texes ect

Very nice modern hotel in downtown Miami close to the port. 5 min walk to Bayside shopping and restaurants , CVS and Ross. The room was clean. There is a bar/ coffee/ restaurant in the lobby. Nice pool and jacuzzi on 7th floor. Pool water was really comfortable temperature. The room was very quiet. I did not hear any downtown noise while in the room. I would stay in YOTEL again.

The hotel is next to the Metromover station where it was convenient for me to travel to around the Downtown Miami area. The only problem was that the glass doors for both the toilet and the shower stall do not closed properly which cause the water to spill out onto the floor. I also did not receive a shower mat.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! First of all they do not have a phone number at all I’m calling before my reservation and couldn’t get a response because they have no phone number. The room is raggity and had a smell when. I first got there . Couldn’t connect my phone they said it only work with androids which is weird, very weird, THEN we have no access to a microwave after the bar closes (unless they place you on the 8th floor) called for room service they didn’t come until the next day, just save your money and don’t go there.

I requested high floor with ocean views but they gave us a room faced a roof and a parking garage. The reception staff, two young gentleman did not show professionalism by not telling us anything other than just gave me the keys, not even show us where the elevator is. And the worst part was my wife and I were the only people at the time. I felt maybe they looked down on Southeast East Asians.

There were no chairs, no place to put suitcases except on the floor, couldn’t get any lights to work except bathroom & the sink didn’t drain properly.

The light system is horrible. I never could get the bathroom light to turn on and no one ever answered the front desk phone. I will not stay here again
