I made the complaint , they responded right away , more than one person contacted me but the issue was not resolved. 'W Punta Cana is one of the newer resort in the area. Overall, my wife and I had a wonderful stay. The staff at this resort are amazing. You get the true, Dominican warmth with each interaction. Special shoutout to the staff conducting the activities at the main pool, bartenders at Wet Bar and The Plaza, bell guys, room service crew, and cleaning crew.
