'The name Cozy house is perfect for this rental. Everything about the house cozy and petfect for my sister and I. I wish we would have got to the house earlier so we could have spent more time on the front porch or by the fire pit. We will definately keep this house in mind when we are looking for a place to stay again in 2026 during our next reunion'

'We stayed here while we were visiting the Dunes and Lake Michigan. We visited Mt.Baldy, Washington Park, Old Lighthouse Museum, Friendship Botanic Gardens, and even drove up to St.Joe's to the Curious Kids Discovery Zone. We were centrally located to the area attractions. We had plenty of of room to rest and spread out. We really enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor fire pit since it was cooler weather than we anticipated. 'My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. Jason and Jamie were great and I loved how frequently they reached out to make sure everything was alright. Unfortunately, the first night we stayed, there was an extremely loud party next door and I was kept awake for most of the night by men screaming outside the windows & people stomping around the unit upstairs. I'm a light sleeper and could hear pretty much every footstep from the upstairs unit. Thankfully most guests vacated after that night...

'The homeowners were great and worked with us to get us into the house, Vrbo has not helpful and made things extremely difficult. The check-in problem was not with the homeowners it was with VRBO's lack of communication!'

'The property was just as displayed, the manager was great at providing check-in instructions and followed up upon check-in. The location is perfect with a quick five-minute walk to the beach, next to Dune Billie's delicious breakfast/lunch restaurant and walking distance to parks and other restaurants. The only minor complaint is that the neighbors were loud with a party outside past midnight, but maybe that doesn't happen often. We hope to return soon! '
