'A totally unique experience clean room eco friendly one of the best places I’ve stayed'

'I didn't like anything about the hotel. I could not get in. You think everybody is computer smart. I emailed you before I went saying, what is a lockbox and how do I get my code. I never heard back from you. There were nobody at the hotel. I was knocking on the windows, the door The people living next door were trying to help me. I was there for over an hour. There was a massage on my phone, it said vue massage. I pressed on vue massage and it would not open, the people how were helping me...

'Boutique hotel in the Uplands area of Swansea. Good ambiance as you walk in the door to the hallway. The oriental suite was full of character and great attention to detail to maintain the theme in the room. Plenty of amenities to use whilst in the room. 2 min walk to the nearest bars and restaurants. A great find.'

Accommodation was good but the bedside lamps didn’t work and toilet roll holder needs replacing.The food was excellent and restaurant is very well presented but the inner door from the conservatory closed with a loud bang that we could hear clearly from our room.'
