'We have stayed here several times and we are always pleased. The stay was equally as good this time, however, we paid for a walk in shower room and were provided a room with a tub. I messaged the hotel through Expedia but have not heard from them. I am slightly disappointed this time around.'

'The hotel venue is aesthetically pleasing, clean, and convenient walking distance to the mountain. However, without speaking to staff, the check in process was VERY confusing. Upon arrival, we walked in circles and across the street trying to figure out parking, where to to pickup lift tickets,etc. Only to later discover the two entities are not connected in business! '
