It felt like the bathtub was going to fall through the floor...it was actually spongy. The ceiling in the shower was full of water damage, and the tiles bowed, like they were about to collapse. My parents stayed next door they had no toilet paper, and they woke up to a cockroach on the floor!'

There should be a warning sign or mats to prevent falls. My only complaint about this place.'

'I had high hopes for this site but was disappointed. They only appear to freshen up the room on their schedule, placard was ignored. Had to request towels a few times and all they had was crappy pool towels. Pool wasn’t maintained with sand and dirt in the bottom. Moldy caulk around the tub, peeling wallpaper in the bathroom.
