'When we arrived, the property was not clean. There were clumps of hair on the master bathroom floor, as well as used fake eye lashes. The glasses in the cupboard were smudged and with finger prints. In the master bathroom, and the shared guest bathroom, there were live little flies circling while showering, which I had to kill while showering.
