'The room was clean overall and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The shower floor did appear to be stained, however, not sure if it is water deposits building up over time or a lack of proper cleaning. The sheets also had some stains on them; for me it made me wonder briefly if they were clean. Made for a bit of an uncomfortable sleep.'

'The room was relatively clean but the floors were dirty. Staff was pleasant and helpful.'

'So my room was missing a microwave. You could see where someone had stolen it. I told the staff they didn’t believe me smh. There was a roach as big as me crawling to the buffet this morning. I was so disappointed. The staff tried to act like me having a passport to check in was an issue'

'Location for us was perfect. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel was very nice.'

'The sofa bed would not open out, so we were given the option to change to a two queen beds suite, which worked out fine for us. My thanks for the young ladies on the desk Thursday evening, they were very helpful and made our stay enjoyable.'

'Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst met welkomstdrankje. De receptioniste informeerde ons over de bezienswaardigheden in Columbia. Leuke, industriële kamer met een oude liftschacht. Gezellige ontvangst/ontbijt ruimte. '
