'The hotel was beautiful. Very clean, spacious. The negative was the breakfast. There was very little food for 8 am in the morning. Nothing was replenished. There was a man working in the kitchen but not replenishing any hot food. People were coming in to eat but there wasn't any thing there. A shame because the hotel was wonderful. They should be better at breakfast

'I always stay at Homes2Suite Richmond, IN when I visit family. From the moment I arrive to when I leave, everything is great! The front desk and breakfast staff are always so helpful and accommodating to our needs! The only thing, my husband says the water pressure in the shower needs work! Lol'

Apparently was due to an unusual type of security lock that was broken.The lock was too high up for someone in a wheelchair, and there were no instructions on how to open it. Staff responded immediately and made notes to report back to management and have maintenance take care of it. Customer service was...

'Ending our vacation with this hotel on the way home for one night, this is our 4th hotel throughout our vacation , the cheapest and the best out of all of them! Staff was nice, check in was fast, lots of parking. Areas around hotel are nice. Felt safe. Room was clean, shower was good. Work out room was ok, pool seemed fine but didn’t use it. Definitely would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. '
