The host management (TYCA) was defensive and unhelpful when issues were raised.We found live cockroaches. A major issue confirmed by previous reviews noting the host knew about the problem and had placed poison out. 'We had an excellent stay at the property. It was clean, had new appliances, was in great condition with a nice outside deck and yard. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was as advertised. The staff communicated all instructions clearly and provided contact info in the event we needed support, which we did not. We would definitely return.'

'We had a very nice stay at Roger’s Lake! The house was so cool! It had all the amenities we needed and the location was charming and peaceful. In particular, the beds are really comfortable! They have this awesome exercise room where you can stretch out and enjoy the light. The host, Peter, was especially easy to work with and was very communicative. My family and I are hoping to come back soon for another stay.'
