"We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from the train station and the bus stop for the Flybus to the airport. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, which was very convenient. The hotel itself is a little old-fashioned and could use some updating, but everything was clean, which is the most important thing for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated the excellent location, cleanliness, and friendly service."

"Moderne compacte basic kamer met moderne gemakken, maar niet altijd handig. Weinig plek voor je koffer en bed tussen de 2 muren best wel krap zeker met z’n tweeën. Raam op blinde muur kan niet open en ventilatie systeem maakt best veel lawaai. Wel super centraal gelegen in het centrum van Bath."

"The check-in experience was horrible. Long queue as a consequence. We provide all our details in advance but during arrival we again have to fill in everything on paper. Twice as we had 2 rooms. Also we had to pay a deposit for the room in advance should we break anything. Don’t treat people as criminals pls."

"Very convenient hotel for airport flights - 5min walk from reception to terminal. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a good range of savoury and sweet. Dinner was basic but good enough. We had a queen room with sofabed plus a baby cot put in. There was enough space and it was clean and the bathroom had all the necessary stuff."
