'Room was clean'

'The view was not what I wanted it was a corner room so I had partial oceanfront and next building view. I paid for oceanfront. I didn’t complain because it was cloudy and I couldn’t watch the sun rise over the water anyway. I always enjoy my stay there. It’s an annual vacation for my friends and I. The rooms are great and clean. Staff is friendly and welcoming.'

'Pro's: direct on the beach, room is big enough, clean. There's a fridge, a microwave and a coffeemaker with coffee. Not the season for a pool, but it looked nice. Cons: for the cold nights the blankets didn't do it. Putting on the heating unit made so much noise that you couldn't sleep through it. The wall/door to the adjacent room made it that you could literally follow the conversation there. '

'We all loved The Darlington! Our room was spotless, the staff welcoming and the location great! This property has quite a selection from our motel room in the newer building to cottages scattered around the property to the original inn rooms. Right at the foot of the boardwalk mean you are near everything right across the street from the beach but with the feeling of lots of open space. It's an easy stroll to lots of restaurants and amusements. They even had a welcome treat pack for our dog. We...

'I loved, loved, loved the unobstructed view from not only the balcony but the bed!!! The balcony was spacious and clean. I enjoyed not being able to see my neighbors that were right beside me while we both were on the balcony. I loved the four pools. You had options and they were never full.'

'The ocean view balcony was great. This hotel has everything you need if you want to spend time on the beach and doing things around town. Kitchen stocked with everything you need for a ling extended stay! Definitely will be coming back! Staff were very friendly and inviting! '
