However if you charge the amounts the owner does, you should also take care of maintenance; a non closeble shower door, faulty air conditioning in one bedroom and broken patiochairs are not a nice surprise at arrival. 'El lugar esta bien, pero no queda a 5 min a pie de la playa. De las ventanas no se ve la pileta. Las sabanas estaban manchadas, no habia cestos en los baños, no dejaron papel higienico de repuesto, la tv de la habitacion solo tenia 3 canales, la cafetera no funcionaba y no la cambiaron. Demoramos casi 1 hr en entrar porque no funcionaba la llave electronica, una vez logre acceder por vecinos, abrieron la puerta del piso y no habian dejado las llaves fisicas dentro, solo el mando del parking. 'The property is very large with several terraces, a large pool and a separate dining area with a bbq. The inside is very well set out and superbly appointed with everything a large group needs for cooking and entertaining. The owner always responded promptly when asked a question and had lots of helpful tips.There are spectacular views out to sea and only a 10 minute stroll into the centre of La Cala and the beach .
