'We stayed in the Garden Cottage for a week and cannot recommend it for longer stays. While the property manager responded to our texts and generally sent maintenance within 24 hours, the property suffers from poor upkeep and temporary fixes. Our issues started at check-in when our entry code failed, and no one answered the phone, forcing us to communicate solely via text. Upon entry, the unit smelled strongly of marijuana, the bedroom closet door was broken, and a ceiling fan blade was hanging...

'The cottage was clean and well taken care of. We were in the area for a memorial service so did not spend much time there. If we had been there another night would have surely enjoyed the bon fire pit nd lounging outside. Our very only minor complaint would be that we do not have streaming services so navigating the TV late at night was a struggle without instructions. 'This little place was exactly what I needed. Clean very comfortable, close to shops and beaches. A nice little coffee place close by. Communication was great. I would definitely recommend this place. I hope to revisit it again someday.'
