I don't think we'd stay here again upon another visit to Milan. This was our first stop on what was a much longer (13 nights) trip, and we traveled all night from Florida to Milan, connecting through London. It was a very long day, and when we finally landed in Milan it was raining and we'd been awake for something like 20 hours. We got turned around at Milan Centrale and ended up arriving about 20 minutes past the time we'd said we'd be there.
The messages coming through Whatsapp asked where we were, but nothing about how we were or if we needed help. Just "my colleague is waiting for you, where are you." At that point we'd finally made it to the location and had been ringing the doorbell with no response for over five minutes. When we finally connected with the host, we got a quick tour but weren't given any instructions on how to check out the next day. It was a very perfunctory checkin, very unlike other B&Bs I've visited. A little hospitality goes a long way, so that's something I'd recommend working on.
Also wanted to bring this up since a prior review mentioned breakfast - our breakfast was a coupon to a cafe across the street. One of the other reviews mentioned custom, made to order meals, so just wanted to make it clear that's not always the case.
We stayed in the Sweet Suite which was right off the entrance of the facility, which means we heard someone dragging their suitcase all the way down the stairs, and also when other guests came back late and very loud.
