A bright 65-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the first floor of a building with an elevator. We’re about a 15-minute walk from the City Life neighborhood, one of Milan’s most iconic districts. Major attractions are easily accessible by public transportation: the Buonarroti stop on the red M1 line is right outside the building! You can reach Piazza Duomo in just 5 stops and San Babila, from where you can take the brand-new M4 line to Linate.

The interior of the apartment is laid out as follows:

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating hours depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

- From Milan Linate Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Blue M4 subway line to the San Babila stop, where you can transfer to the Red M1 subway line to the Buonarroti stop—just a 1-minute walk from the apartment!



- From Milan Central Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the Green M2 subway line to the Cadorna stop. From there, take the Red M1 line to the Buonarroti stop, which is just a 1-minute walk from the apartment!



- If you’re traveling by car, parking is not included. However, you can park for a fee at the garages on Viale Ezio, just a few minutes’ walk from the property.
