A charming and cozy apartment that can accommodate up to 3 people, located in the modern Milano-Bicocca neighborhood, in a very convenient location for reaching the Bicocca University Campus (700 m), Niguarda Hospital, and the Teatro degli Arcimboldi. Just 400 meters away is the Cà Granda station on the lilac M5 metro line, perfect for getting to Garibaldi, CityLife, and San Siro Stadium.



The 50-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a Milanese building (please note: there are a few steps in the entrance hall).



Inside, the apartment is laid out as follows:



-Living room with a single sofa bed, TV, split AC, and an open kitchenette with an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, and electric kettle



-Bathroom with bidet and shower stall



-Loft bedroom accessible via an internal staircase, featuring a double bed, split AC, and TV. Please note: this area is not soundproofed from the rest of the house



Additional amenities available to guests: central heating, Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron, and ironing board

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.
