Cozy 30-square-meter studio apartment located on level -1 (accessible via a few steps), a short distance from the Bande Nere stop on the M1 subway line.

The apartment is equipped with all the main amenities and is located a short distance from a 24-hour Carrefour supermarket on Piazzale Siena.

All major amenities, including bars, pharmacies, and restaurants, are located near the apartment.

Street parking is available in blue-line zones; parking fees apply on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.





- For check-in after the scheduled time, the following surcharge applies:

* Between 9:30 PM and 11:00 PM, a surcharge of 25 euros applies.

- From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Malpensa Express shuttle to Cadorna Station, where you can take the subway (M1) to the Bande Nere stop, a 4-minute walk from the property.



- From Stazione Centrale, you can reach the apartment by taking the metro (M2) to the Cadorna stop, from where you can take the M1 to the Bande Nere stop, a 4-minute walk from the property.



- If you’re traveling by car, parking is not included; however, you can park for a fee at Viale Aretusa Parking, open 24 hours a day, just a few minutes’ walk from the property. Additionally, you can park on the street (for a fee on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.).
