The interior layout is as follows:



-LOWER LEVEL featuring a living area with a French sofa bed, a Smart TV, and a dining area with a table and a kitchenette featuring an induction cooktop, a conventional oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, and a kettle.

Bathroom with a bidet and a shower stall.



An internal staircase leads to the UPPER LEVEL, which features a queen-size bed. Please note: the upper and lower levels are not soundproofed.

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

- From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Malpensa Express shuttle to the Milano Cadorna station, where you can take the Green M2 subway line to Famagosta. From Famagosta, take bus 74 to the stop on Via Ettore Ponti, 700m from the house



- From Milano Centrale Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the M2 Green metro line to the Famagosta stop. From Famagosta, take bus 74 to the stop on Via Ettore Ponti, 700m from the apartment



- If you’re traveling by car, parking is not included; however, paid street parking is available (blue-line zones—NOT guaranteed).
