Our stay was extremely disappointing, especially considering what I paid per night for that room, where we expected a much higher level of service and overall quality.
The check-in process was confusing, disorganized, and frustrating, with little to no direction on how to access the room. Communication was completely nonexistent. We sent multiple messages before and during our stay asking basic questions and never received a single response. This became even more frustrating when we tried to understand the check-out process. Since we had an early morning flight, we needed to know where to leave the room keys, but again, no reply. We ultimately had to leave the keys in the room and hope for the best.
The room itself was just as underwhelming. The furniture was cheap, and uncomfortable, well below even bargain-level quality. The space was located directly under a pitched roof, making nearly half the room unusable unless you were crouching.
The roof windows didn’t close properly, which would have been a major issue if it had rained. On top of that, there was a strong sewage smell throughout the room, forcing us to keep the windows open the entire time.
Overall, the lack of communication, poor room conditions, and basic maintenance issues made this an unacceptable experience for the price. I would not stay here again and would strongly caution others before booking.
