Hallo, mijn familie en ik, met zoveel werk, tijd en opoffering, hebben dit kleine nest in het centrum van Milaan gecreëerd. Naar mijn mening is dit een van de beste zones van deze geweldige stad en we willen dit appartement graag delen met nieuwe potentiële vrienden die het kunnen waarderen. De toeristenbelasting is inbegrepen in de prijs. Je krijgt een goed ontbijt en ook een klein geschenk.
Het is gelegen nabij het museum "Cenacolo Vinciano" in Santa Maria delle Grazie en de Basilica di Sant'Ambrogio.
Deze plek is geschikt voor koppels, eenzaam avontuur, die reist voor werk en gezin (met kinderen).
Het appartement is onlangs gerenoveerd met houten vloeren en geconditioneerde lucht, vloerverwarming, zeer grote douche, glazen deuren ... Het huis heeft een slaapkamer met 4 bedden, een klein tweepersoonsbed en 2 eenpersoonsbedden of 1 tweepersoonsbed. In de eetkamer is er een slaapbank met een klein tweepersoonsbed en ook een keuken. Het meubilair is helemaal nieuw met smart tv, met gratis gastaccounts voor Netflix en Prime Video, internetverbinding en wifi, espressomachine, waterkoker, strijkijzer, strijkplank, wasmachine en droger, ect ...

Het bevindt zich in de buurt van het "Cenacolo Vinciano" -museum in Santa Maria delle Grazie en de basiliek van Sant'Ambrogio.
Deze plek is geschikt voor koppels, individuele reizigers, zakenreizigers of gezinnen (met kinderen).
Het appartement is onlangs gerenoveerd met houten vloeren en airconditioning, vloerverwarming, zeer grote douche, glazen deuren ... Het huis heeft een slaapkamer met 4 bedden (1 tweepersoonsbed en 2 eenpersoonsbedden). In de eetkamer staat een slaapbank met een klein tweepersoonsbed en een keuken. Monica is a great host and she communicated at all the important steps with us and made the check-in very easy. The apartment is really a studio that is probably best for couples. We had 5 people in our party and though everyone had a comfortable place to sleep we were a little cramped (the description of the apartment was accurate, we crammed too many people ourselves). It is in an area that feels safe, very close to the metro. The bathroom is really nice and big; the kitchen area is very small (again would work just fine for 2 people). We rented a car when we left Milan and had no problem parking overnight in the street parallel to the apartment. Highly recommend a one day trip to Bergamo from Stazione Centrale in Milan. Thank you Monica for your kind hospitality.

Monica & her family were amazing! From the moment we booked last November to the day we checked out on June 15th they were incredibly attentive to every detail. The apartment is in a GREAT location. Close to the Duomo & The last Supper painting. Easy access to central Milan. The apartment is spotless.They checked in on us during our stay to ensure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. They even made dinner reservations for us at a local restaurant the first night as we arrived late. The restaurant was perfect. I would definietly stay there again and would recommend it to my friends as well. Monica - Many thanks for letting us stay in your apartment.

Definitely Recommend

We chose this place for a short stay in Milan during our 10-day trip to Italy. We stayed at several VRBO rentals, and this was by far the best. The elevator in the building made it easy for us to get to the third floor. Our host left some snacks and drinks for us, which my kids enjoyed, as well as the TVs and the screen in the bathroom mirror. Very comfortable and well-decorated space. In addition, Monica is an excellent host and went above and beyond by helping me return an item that I had forgotten at the apartment. Overall, we had a very good time and will absolutely use one of the host's properties the next time we visit Milan!

Great!!

We thoroughly enjoyed Monica‘s darling apartment in downtown Milano. By European standards, it is very large and well laid out. The bathroom is huge as is the bedroom. Kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook and Monica even left us little goodies like Nespresso coffee pods, fresh milk, and juice, as well as little cookies and crackers. Having laundry in the unit was a huge bonus. The decor is a great mix between modern and old charm. We did have some minor power outage issues at night, but that could be because of the excessive heat during the summer months. Was very responsive and walked us through how to fix it promptly. WiFi Ac And tv’s worked great. The only reason why I did not give five stars on location and check in is because the remote check-in process was a little confusing, and Google maps took us to a different apartment initially. I suspect it was user error, however. The other reason I did not give five stars for location is because we had a car and understandably, parking downtown is a bit confusing until you get the lay of the land. That being said, we would definitely recommend Monica‘s apartment and would stay here again. Thank you again for everything!

Washer/dryer combo was very hard to figure out even after reading directions. It must have not worked for the cleaning people either because towels were hard and crunchy like they had been hung dry because dryer didn’t work properly.

Lovely property in quiet Concialzione

Great stay at this spacious apartment. Everything we needed for two days was provided, including books on Milan history and restaurant recommendations. We had a little trouble getting in. I told the property manager we’d be there between 5 and 6 pm but the entry gates weren’t unlocked as expected. People onsite were kind enough to help us and let us in. It all worked out. Otherwise, all was perfect. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Perfect Milan apartment

This apartment was in a perfect location to see Milan! The check-in process was smooth and the host was very prepared with a booklet full of info about Milan. Situated just around the corner from "the last supper" with restaurants and taxis at the corner, it was easy to enjoy our time here.
