The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, microwave and dishwasher , perfect for preparing delicious meals. The modern bathroom offers all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

The apartment is strictly non-smoking to ensure a healthy environment for all guests.

Please note the presence of work in progress in the condominium. There are currently scaffolding on the kitchen/living room side of the apartment: for this reason the windows in this area cannot be opened. We inform you that construction activities, both on the street side and on the facades of the building, will begin at 7:00am as imposed by Municipal Ordinance No. 484 of 09/06/2026, with possible noise during daylight hours.
