Spacious 106-square-meter apartment located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with all amenities.

The property is located in the Città Studi neighborhood, just a 7-minute walk from the M1 Lima stop (red line) and a 12-minute walk from the Milano Porta Venezia train station.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and two balconies.



The interior layout is as follows:

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, built-in closet, armchair, and split-type A/C;

- BEDROOM II with two single beds (one of which is a pull-out bed), a closet, a coat rack, and an EN SUITE BATHROOM with a raised shower stall, sink, and toilet;

- LIVING ROOM with a sofa, armchairs, TV, dining table with chairs, and split A/C;

- KITCHEN with gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, moka pot, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, and a small table with stools;

- BATHROOM with tub/shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- BALCONY I (access from the living room) with boiler;

- BALCONY II (access from bedroom II).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.



The following surcharge applies for check-in after the scheduled time:

- From 9:30 p.m. until 11:00 p.m., a surcharge of 25 euros applies;
