Dicht bij centraal station
Kamer had meerdere minpunten,plint was afgetapet met verftape bij garderobe ruimte,waterkoker niet ok , vitrage vrij smerig aan onderkant , douchekop verkalkt en niet top werkend,,ontbijt erg sober , weinig vers alleen jus en croissant verder alles verpakt ,personeel wel vriendelijk en centraal gelegen , niet voor herhaling vatbaar echter .

Really easy to locate from milano centrale station. Lots of restaurants and cafes close by. Very helpful staff when on site. Breakfast was a little box of treats containing a fresh juice, croissant, cheese, Nutella, jams fruits and some bread which was more than adequate for a start to the day. If I returned to Milano I would come back.

Great location. Great price. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Hotel is located inside an older building, but very safe and spacious. Continental breakfast was very good and satisfying. I would stay here again. Five stars!!!!

Fab place to stay in Milan
Really great small hotel close to the Central station. We arrived late and needed to leave early the next day and couldn’t have been more pleased with our choice of hotel. Access following the email instruction was simple and the room featured everything we could need. Comfy bed and excellent shower, the breakfast was an added bonus. Will definitely choose to stay here next time we are in Milan.

Nice little hotel
The front staff was absolutely amazing and were so helpful with us checking in early. They were also very prompt with the delivery of the breakfast. The hotel is also a very short walk to Milano Centrale. The only downsides were that the walls seemed relatively thin. I could hear my neighbors talking both nights. As well, we were on the street side and were listening to the people having a good time outside the restaurant/club across the street till late in the morning. At least they were having a good time. I also thought the restroom was a little cramped. Not many places to place products on or around the vanity. The shower didn't have anywhere to put items except the floor. As well, the hooks to hang your towels are very short and my towels kept falling off.

I was bitten by BEDBUGS, don't try to live here!!!!! I lived from November 21 to 22, there was a plane in the morning, I got up all swollen, I'm allergic and bitten, I thought I was allergic, everything got worse on the plane, they called a doctor and told me Bedbugs!!!! I wrote in hotel.com , where I bronzed the housing, asked for a refund, I was given some kind of coupon and the hostess did not even respond to my letters!!!! Sono stato morso da insetti, non provare a vivere qui!!!!! Ho vissuto dal 21 al 22 novembre, al mattino c'era un aereo, mi sono alzato tutto in gonfiore, sono allergico e morso, pensavo che le allergie fossero peggiorate sull'aereo, ho chiamato un medico e ho detto cimici!!!! Ho scritto in hotel.com, dove ha abbronzato l'alloggio, ha chiesto un rimborso, mi è stato dato un coupon e la padrona di casa non ha nemmeno reagito alle mie lettere!!!!

Perfect location and friendly staff
Perfect spot for a business trip. Convenient location just a few steps away from Buenos Aires zone, Porta Venezia metro station and - most important - from the Central Station where all airport shuttle buses arrive. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast is served in your room. Unexpected benefit: warm water in your shower flows almost immediately after you turn the tap. Not a very common feature in older buildings in this neighbourhood. The staff is very friendly and willing to help should any trouble occur.

Excellent emplacement proche gare centrale et transports en commun. La chambre est spacieuse, très bien équipée, aspect neuf avec une très bonne literie. La chambre était globalement propre mais la salle de bain (évier et douche) mériterait un nettoyage plus poussé. Le personnel était très sympathique et à l'écoute. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable !

Great apartment
I wanted to write an amazing review because the apartment is great. The rooms are lovely, and everything is as you’d need. It’s super clean and bright and airy. It’s like a serviced apartment. The downside is that my room was facing onto a bar on the next street which had a DJ and loud music until 2am on the Sunday morning. So if you like going out and staying out all night this is great for you. I couldn’t fault the actual apartment.

Comfortable, modern B&B style place in a residential building close to the central train station. We enjoyed the area a lot - not touristy despite its proximity to the station, lots of good restaurants and cafes, walkable to the main attractions of Milan. We stumbled across a small, fabulous restaurant which was otherwise full of locals and lucked into a table without a reservation. The manager of this hotel, Flavia, was really nice and helpful. We weren't sure what to expect with the self check-in options and codes and such, but it was all fine, and if you arrive during relatively normal hours someone will be there to greet you and help out with anything. Breakfast is the standard Italian B&B type if you've had it before - nothing special but fine. Something was going on with hotel rates in Milan the weekend we stayed, and prices were kind of crazy - certainly more than this pleasant but not 5 star hotel should cost. I randomly looked at some other weekends in the fall on Expedia, and the price was about half what we paid. Hope that's more typical! Anyway we'd love to spend more time in Milan again and would certainly stay here again.

Room was excellent. Shower was black and moldy in certain areas. One night they forgot to leave a roll of toilet paper. Never anybody at front desk. Should have an ice machine. We were two, only had one glass. Last morning we had only one container cup of milk for both of us, co trainer held only one tablespoon of milk.

Great stay at M2M
Great Hotel and location. Our check in was handled by Flavia and she was fantastic. Friendly and had tons of tips. Very secure building. Lots of great restaurants and shops all within walking distance. 6 min. Walk from train station which was nice also.

Superb- friendly, clean and comfortable.
The room was very clean and comfortable, and check in was easy. The manager was friendly and accommodating. It is a very convenient location next to the train station, so even with luggage we didn’t need a taxi. The breakfast was generous. It was perfect for our short visit.

Great location close to the trains and good coffee shops and pizzerias. The staff were very communicative and thorough with check-in and any questions I had. Appreciated the breakfast in bed was neatly packaged and great options - croissant, yogurt and juice. Some of the cleaning could use a little work (I.e, markings in bath tub) and furniture could be replaced - headboard was a little scuffed, but overall good quality.

A nice little gem in central Milano!
Great little place in Milano. I spent three nights with two colleagues at this little gem. From the comfortable bed, to the endless free pay TV-channels to the service and friendliness of this place, everything was top notch. It is located in a nice area with a great bar (Moebius Milano) just on the other side of the street. Nice restaurants and a great gelateria are also around the corner. Quiet at night as it is in a residential area, as well as air-conditioned for the hot and humid Italian nights. A place I definitely would recommend to friends and family!

Very impersonal, in that the only person we encountered was the deliverer-of-breakfast, but it was still a very pleasant place to stay. Room: comfortable, well-equipped, beautifully-maintained. Entry by code number sent by email - 3 doors to negotiate, so safe and secure. But not the sort of room that made the holiday on its own. Location: perfect for the Centrale Station and thus mainline and Metro services. Very quiet in the room. Surroundings: some great restaurants only a few steps from the front door. In brief, unlike most hotels we've used and probably best-suited to short-term stays, but we were more than happy.

It was a little difficult to find but once inside it was great. Very close to the central station and metro, with lots of bars and restaurants on your door step. The host was great and couldn't do enough to make your stay great. Even breakfast in bed. Would stay again

雖然淋浴間比較小，但整體住宿環境完美，不輸星級旅館。雖然我們比較晚check in，半夜遇到問題聯絡管理者，但態度還是非常好👍 早餐很有誠意，雖然因為行程安排我們只住了一晚，但這裡絕對是下次我們會再來訪的地方！
