Excellent location and property manager was nice to deal with. The apartment itself was modern but dirty and rundown. There were cigarette burns in the kitchen chairs, stained seating, water damage on the wall in bathroom, scuffed walls and scale and mold buildup in shower. When we arrived there was a bunch of hair on one of the beds and property manager sent someone to change them. They refunded the small cleaning fee due to our complaints about the condition of the space.
