Space
The apartment opens into a large room with high decorated ceilings illuminated by 3 large windows, one of which leads to a small terrace. The room consists of a dining area with an extendable table comfortable for 4/6 people and a relaxation area with two comfortable sofas placed in front of a large 55-inch TV.

Before the living room there is a laundry room and a large kitchen complete with everything needed for cooking, with another comfortable table for 4 people, overlooking another small terrace.

After the hall there are the two double bedrooms and the two bathrooms. The bedrooms are also very spacious and complete with large wardrobes.

The whole house is completely covered in parquet and enjoys excellent daily brightness thanks to its exposure and the numerous large windows.
