Upstairs, the mezzanine level features a cozy and intimate double bed, while downstairs opens into a bright open space with a fully equipped kitchen and central island — perfect for cooking and enjoying meals around the dining table.

The living area includes a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for accommodating up to two additional guests, and a modern bathroom with a spacious shower.

The entire apartment is finished with warm wooden flooring and neutral tones, creating a soft, relaxing atmosphere with a refined touch.

We remind you that, in compliance with current regulations, the registration of all guests staying in the apartment is mandatory (including minors). Before your arrival, you will be asked to complete a short form, which will help us organize your check-in in the best possible way.The following check-in options are available:

“Flexibility” Option

You can collect the keys free of charge at the Hostmate offices, located near the Central Station, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

“Book an Appointment” Option

The keys are delivered directly at the apartment between 3:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m.

This service involves an additional fee, depending on the arrival time:

From 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.: €15 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: €20 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.: €40 (VAT included)
